This is a sampling of some of the logos I designed for school projects. The Brick & Tin and Rolling Stone logos are rebrands of the existing restaurant and magazine. The other logos are completely conceptualized by me. Sophomore is a music trade school, Homebody crafts non-alcoholic nightcaps, and Mend is a high-end garment restoration business.

Below is an example of my sketching process for the Sophomore Music School logo. I find it helpful to get my ideas on paper, filter through the good and the bad, and make revisions before moving to a digital workspace.
